Sense Education stands for something. Tamsyn opened this business for a reason and runs it with a clear plan in mind.

Tamsyn started enrichment classes as an extra-mural at schools for Grades R to 3. โ€œWe need classes that challenge a variety of children to learn more. Interactive classes are required to bring up their self-confidence and show them the fun side of learning,โ€ says Tamsyn. We focus on extending their learning and at times going beyond their grade level.

Sense Education is geared towards academics that wonโ€™t break the bank. We include English and Mathematics in the curriculum which are taught on different days at specific schools. Each class is 45 minutes long and we have allocated slots for the different grades. The lessons are carefully drawn up to increase a variety of skills and understanding of concepts. The small groups allow us to adapt the lesson according to the abilities of the children.

Our mission To help children flourish in Mathematics and English by enriching their understanding in small, fun and interactive classes. We are on a mission to challenge their abilities and help them reach their potential.

Our values – We value individuality. Every child has different abilities, knowledge and personalities. – We believe in extending on what they know and creating extension work. – We strive to make an impact on childrenโ€™s lives by uplifting their spirits and giving praise. – We make an effort to keep communication open with both parents and children. – We believe in educating in a fun and interactive way. We value laughs and happiness. – We strive to deliver quality service and education by consistently gaining new knowledge and reflecting on our teaching and efforts. – We aspire to become passionate and dedicated educators who have the best interests of the children at heart. – We aim to educate others with a variety of ways to teach their children and give our knowledge to better the lives of others.
